采用静态和动态两种方法,用铁炭微电解材料对难生化染料废水进行处理,探讨了废水的pH值、反应时间、铁炭投加量对处理效果的影响。结果表明,在静态条件下,当pH值为4、铁炭投加量为0.45 kg/L 及反应时间1.5 h,COD去除率可达77%,脱色率达79%;在动态条件下,铁炭投加量为0.7 kg/L 及反应时间100 min,COD去除率可达89%,脱色率达98.7%。

Using static and dynamic methods, iron carbon micro-electrolysis material was used for the treatment of the refractory wastewater. The effects of pH value,reaction time and the amount of iron carbon dosage on the treatment effect were discussed. The results show:under static condition,when the pH value was 4,iron carbon dosage is 0. 45 kg/L and reaction time 1. 5 h, the COD removal rate was up to 77%, the decolorization rate of 79%. Under dynamic condition,iron carbon dosage was 0. 7 kg/L and reaction time 100 min,the removal rate of COD was 89%,the decolorization rate reached 98. 7%.
