以固体废弃物地铁渣土为主要原料,辅以氧化镁混合改性,在较低温度下制备一种除磷陶粒。研究了烧结温度、氧化镁掺量、吸附溶液pH值、吸附温度和吸附时间等因素对陶粒磷吸附性能的影响。结果表明,氧化镁掺量为20%时,300℃预热25 min后在700℃烧结20 min可得到强度适中、性能优异的水体除磷陶粒。 pH=6.0时陶粒具有较高的磷吸附性能,升高温度,有利于溶液中磷的吸附,80℃下的最大吸附量为3811.6 mg/kg,2 h内基本能达到吸附平衡,吸附动力学规律基本符合Lagergren准二级反应。

Using solid waste residue of subway construction as the main raw material,mixing with magnesi-um oxide,a novel composite ceramsite was prepared. Sintering temperature,content of magnesium oxide, effect of adsorption pH,temperature and contact time were investigated. The optimal preparation of the com-posite ceramsite obtained at 300℃ after preheating 25 min and then 20 min of sintered at 700℃,which the content of magnesium oxide was 20%. The optimum of adsorption was pH 6. 0. Sorption capacity increased with increasing the sorption temperature, and the maximum sorption capacity can reach 3 811. 6 mg/kg when the initial temperature was 80 ℃. The adsorption kinetics was reasonable fast,and sorption equilibri-um can reach within 2 h,and the Lagergren pseudo-second-order kinetics can fit the data well.
