目的探讨项目化管理在新毕业护士培训的应用效果.方法选取2012年2月至2013年2月我院招聘新毕业护士54人为本次研究对象,依循随机平均将其分为两组,对照组施行一般管理方式,观察组施行项目化管理方式,比较观察两组专业知识及临床护理操作技能考核成绩及护理满意度.结果比较两组护士年度临床理论知识考核及护理满意度,观察组分别为96.3％及99.0％,对照组分别为74.8％及89.5％,两项观察指标比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论将项目化管理应用于新毕业护士培训过程中,可有效强化其专业知识,提升其临床操作技能及综合素养,值得临床推广.

Objective To study the application effect of project management in the training of new graduate nurses.Methods 54 new graduate nurses recruited in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 27 cases in each group.Control group underwent general management,while observation group underwent project management.Compared assessment results of clinical nursing skills and knowledge and nursing satisfaction.Results The annual assessment of clinical theory knowledge and nursing satisfaction in observation group were 96.3％ and 99.0％,those in control group were 74.8％ and 89.5％ respectively,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Project management in the training of new graduate nurses can effectively strengthen their professional knowledge,improve their clinical operational skills and comprehensive qualities,worthy of clinical promotion.
