目的：观察分析优质护理服务在宫颈癌患者中的应用及效果。方法选择我院2013年3月～2015年2月收治的宫颈癌患者114例，随机分为优质组和对照组，每组57例。所有患者均行宫颈癌根治术。对照组实施常规护理措施，优质组在对照组护理的基础上实施优质护理服务。比较两组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果优质组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、导尿管留置时间以及住院时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；优质组护理满意度高于对照组（96.49% VS 84.21%），差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论对宫颈癌患者实施优质护理服务可以有效的促进患者术后恢复，减少患者住院时间，提高护理满意度。
목적：관찰분석우질호리복무재궁경암환자중적응용급효과。방법선택아원2013년3월～2015년2월수치적궁경암환자114례，수궤분위우질조화대조조，매조57례。소유환자균행궁경암근치술。대조조실시상규호리조시，우질조재대조조호리적기출상실시우질호리복무。비교량조술후항문배기시간、하상활동시간、도뇨관류치시간、주원시간이급호리만의도。결과우질조항문배기시간、하상활동시간、도뇨관류치시간이급주원시간균저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）；우질조호리만의도고우대조조（96.49% VS 84.21%），차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론대궁경암환자실시우질호리복무가이유효적촉진환자술후회복，감소환자주원시간，제고호리만의도。
Objective To observe and analyze the application and effect of high quality nursing service in patients with cervical cancer.Methods114 cases of cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital from March 2013 to February were randomly divided into high quality group and control group, with 57 cases in each group. Al patients underwent cervical cancer radical operation. The control group received routine nursing measures, while the high quality group was implemented on the basis of the control group. Comparison of two groups of postoperative anal exhaust time, bed activity time, catheter indweling time, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction.ResultsThe group of high-quality anal exhaust time, get out of bed activity time, indweling catheter time and hospitalization time were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference is statisticaly significant (P < 0.05); the group of high-quality nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group (96.49% VS 84.21%), and the difference is statisticaly significant (P < 0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of high quality care in patients with cervical cancer can effectively promote the recovery of patients, reduce hospitalization time, improve nursing satisfaction.
