利用轻气炮进行卵形头杆弹正撞击单层板和等厚接触式三层板的试验,得到了这两种结构靶体的初始-剩余速度曲线以及弹道极限.研究靶体结构对其抗侵彻特性的影响,包括靶板的失效模式和抗侵彻性能.采用 ABAQUS/EXPLICIT 数值模拟软件对杆弹撞击金属板的过程进行数值模拟研究.通过对比数值模拟和试验结果,验证了数值模拟模型和参数的有效性.研究结果表明:试验与数值模拟计算结果两者之间一致.此外,靶体从单层板过渡到三层板,靶体的主要失效模式从花瓣开裂转变到盘式隆起.

Monolithic and three-layered targets are normally impacted by ogival-nosed projectiles with the help of a gas gun, and also the residual velocity versus the initial velocity curves of the projectiles are constructed and ballistic limit velocities. The influence of combination configuration of target on the ballistic characteristic is investigated, including the ballistic resistance and failure models. The penetration process of metal plates impacted by rod projectiles is studied with numerical simulation code ABAQUS/EXPLICIT, and the validation of models and parameters of materials is proved by comparing the experiment results with numerical simulations. It reveals that the effect of configuration of targets. Results of the finite element analysis are compared with experiments and a good agreement between the two is found. The dominant failure models change from bulging to petaling when using multi-layered targets instead of monolithic target.
