目的：探讨治疗性沟通对抑郁症患者抑郁情绪、治疗依从性及应对方式的效果。方法将80例抑郁症患者按随机数字表分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组实施常规治疗护理,研究组除常规治疗护理外给予治疗性沟通,8周后观察两组患者抑郁情绪、依从性、应对方式的情况。结果研究组抑郁情况、治疗依从性、积极应对方式较对照组有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护士实施治疗性沟通,能有效改善患者抑郁情绪、治疗依从性和应对方式。
목적：탐토치료성구통대억욱증환자억욱정서、치료의종성급응대방식적효과。방법장80례억욱증환자안수궤수자표분위대조조화연구조각40례,대조조실시상규치료호리,연구조제상규치료호리외급여치료성구통,8주후관찰량조환자억욱정서、의종성、응대방식적정황。결과연구조억욱정황、치료의종성、적겁응대방식교대조조유현저개선,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론호사실시치료성구통,능유효개선환자억욱정서、치료의종성화응대방식。
Objective To study the effects of therapeutic communication on depressed emotion, treatment compliance and coping style of patients with depression. Methods A total of 80 patients with depression were divided into intervention group (n=40) and control group (n=40) by random number table. The patients of control group was given conventional nursing, and the patients of intervention group was given therapeutic communication on the basis of conventional nursing. After 8 weeks, the depressed emotion, treatment compliance and coping style of patients were observed. Results The depressed emotion, compliance and coping style of the intervention group had more improved than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01). Conclusions Therapeutic communication can effectively improve the depressed emotion, compliance and coping style of patients with depression.
