目的：对ICU患者运用集束化护理来治疗压疮的疗效进行观察分析。方法将我院2012年4月~2013年7月收治的112例ICU病房住院患者随机分为对照组及观察组，对照组52例，对照组采用常规护理；观察组60例，观察组在常规护理的基础上采用集束化护理，从而分析比对两组患者的治疗效果。结果采用集束化护理的观察组压疮护理效果较对照组更为优秀，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论使用集束化护理来管理ICU病房住院患者的压疮十分有效，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者满意度。
목적：대ICU환자운용집속화호리래치료압창적료효진행관찰분석。방법장아원2012년4월~2013년7월수치적112례ICU병방주원환자수궤분위대조조급관찰조，대조조52례，대조조채용상규호리；관찰조60례，관찰조재상규호리적기출상채용집속화호리，종이분석비대량조환자적치료효과。결과채용집속화호리적관찰조압창호리효과교대조조경위우수，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론사용집속화호리래관리ICU병방주원환자적압창십분유효，감경환자통고，제고환자만의도。
Objective ICU patients using cluster-based care to treat pressure sores efficacy were observed and analyzed.Methods Hospital between April 2012 to July 2013 were treated 112 cases in ICU patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group 52 patients in the control group received routine care; observation group, 60 patients in the observation group in the conventional use of cluster nursing care, based on the ratio of the two groups to analyze patient outcomes.ResultsThe use of cluster nursing observation group pressure ulcer care effect is more outstanding than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P< 0.05).ConclusionThe use of cluster ICU ward nursing to manage pressure ulcers in hospitalized patients is very effective, reduce patient suffering, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
