在我国，法学现代化就是马克思主义法学现代化，“法治中国”、社会主义的法学现代化是其基本内涵。不管从全球范围来看，抑或从国内角度出发，马克思主义法学现代化都具有重大的理论意义和现实价值。应予注意的是，马克思主义法学的现代化并不是随心所欲的现代化，它应该受一定的基本原则的约束，如坚持马克思主义法学基本原理原则、从中国实际出发的原则、法律资源本土化与借鉴、吸收全球优秀的法学成果的原则、重视马克思主义法学教育的原则。在坚持以上原则基础上的马克思主义法学现代化，有助于更好地建设法治中国、实现社会主义现代化。

In China ,the law modernization is that of Marxist jurisprudence ,while basic connota‐tion of Marxist law modernization means “ruling China by law” and Socialist law moderniza‐tion .Both from a global perspective ,and a domestic perspective ,Marxist law modernization is of great theoretical significance and practical value .It should be noted that modernization of Marxist jurisprudence is not arbitrary ,but should be bound by certain basic principles ,such as adhering to Marxist principles of law principle ,proceeding from China’s actual principles , sticking to legal resource localization ,learning and absorbing the global outcome of the good law principles ,and emphasizing principles of Marxist jurisprudence education .Upholding the Marxist law modernization on the basis of the mentioned principles ,will contribute to “ruling China by law” better ,and the realization of socialist modernization .
