针对归一化最小均方(NLMS)算法应用在回声消除中的缺点,即收敛速度慢,对非平稳信号的自适应能力差等。论文引入成比例归一化最小均方(PNLMS)算法、成比例归一化最小均方改进型(PNLMS ++)算法、仿射投影(APA)算法以及成比例仿射投影(PAPA)算法,仿真得到这几种算法的均方误差和系数误差曲线,比较这几种算法均方误差和系数误差曲线的收敛速度以及收敛水平,分析得出 PNLMS 算法、PNLMS ++算法以及 PAPA 算法收敛速度最快,收敛水平最低,在回声消除应用中效果更好。

According to the defects of the normalized least mean square(NLMS) algorithm when it is applied in the echo elimination ,the proportionate normalized least mean square(PNLMS ) algorithm ,the proportionate normalized least mean square(PNLMS + + ) algorithm ,the improved affine projection(APA) algorithm and the proportionate affine projection(PA‐PA) algorithm were introduced in this paper ,which were applied in the echo elimination .Firstly ,the derivations of formulas among these algorithms and the connections with each other were introduced .Then ,by setting the orders of FIR filters and different input signals ,the mean squared error and the coefficient error curve could be get by the simulation .The PNLMS al‐gorithm ,the PNLMS + + algorithm and the PAPA algorithm can be better applied in the echo cancellation ,which was veri‐fied by the comparison of the performance and the convergence speed of those algorithms .
