平纹编织复合材料应用广泛 ,但该类型结构维修关键参数的研究较少 ,文章根据实际维修情况建立复合材料层板挖补结构的有限元计算模型 ,并通过试验验证了分析模型的准确性 ,基于该模型进行了附加铺层尺寸参数优化研究.结果表明 ,附加层的铺设对于提高修补板强度有积极的效果 ,但过多的附加铺层数容易增加修补缺陷 ,建议修理中附加铺层数不宜过多.优化过程中发现复合材料挖补维修存在一个对强度影响较大的附加铺层长度值 ,该临界长度正比于维修总区域 ,实际维修中附加铺层长度参数建议为该临界值的2~3倍 ,文中修补条件下的推荐值为20~25 m m ,该结论可为复合材料结构修补提供较为准确的维修指导.

As the plain-woven composite is widely used but the research on its repairing is lacking ,a 3-dimensional finite element analysis model is developed for the plain-woven composite laminates repai-ring ,and corresponding experiments are made to verify the accuracy of the model .And the parameter optimization of covering layer is studied based on the model .The results of calculations and experi-ments verification show that covering layer has much effect on recovering strength ,but too many cov-ering layers may cause more repair flaws .There is a critical covering layer length in repairing which is sensitive to structural strength .The length of actual covering layer should be 2 or 3 times larger than the critical value and the length of 20 mm to 25 mm is advised in this case .The conclusion may be val-uable for directing the engineering practice of composite repairing .
