针对基于转子磁场定向的感应电动机 PI 控制调速系统,控制器参数不易优化,对外界环境的适应性不够理想的问题,提出单神经元自适应预测函数速度调节器设计方法。通过理论推导证明预测函数控制在电机调速系统中仅有一个参数与系统动静态性能相关,采用单神经元自适应控制对其进行实时在线调整,实现调速系统的智能控制,最后在基于DSP TMS320LF2407的运动控制系统平台进行实验。实验结果表明此方法能够改善感应电动机调速系统的自适应能力。

Aiming at the disadvantages of PI controller for the induction motor speed regulation system based on rotor flux field orientation, such as difficult parameter optimization and unideal adaptability to the environment. A single neuron adaptive predictive functional speed controller is proposed. The theoretical deduction proves that only one parameter of the prediction functional controller associates with the dynamic and static performance of the motor speed regulation system. In order to realize the intelligent control for the speed regulation system, a single neuron adaptive controller is carried on the real-time online adjustment. At last, experiment is carried out on the motion control system platform based on DSP TMS320LF2407. The experimental results show that this method can improve the adaptive ability of the induction motor speed regulation system.
