机械制造业中广泛应用的夹具对产品的加工有重要的影响 ,优良的夹具不仅能保证机械加工的精度和稳定性 ,而且能提高生产效率、减轻劳动强度、保证安全生产.文章通过生产实际中2个不锈钢零件在批量加工中夹具出现的问题 ,设计了可伸缩弹簧锥销结构和弹性涨芯轴结构夹具 ,提高了毛坯孔定位精度 ,满足了夹具对零件加工中精确定位的要求 ,实现了零件批量生产无次品的目标.

The fixtures have an important influence on the machining processes during machinery manu-facturing .The good fixtures can ensure the machining accuracy and stability ,improve the productive efficiency ,reduce labor intensity and ensure safety in production .For the fixture design problems of two stainless steel parts in batch processing ,the scalable spring taper pin and elastic spindle struc-tures are adopted respectively to improve the blank hole location accuracy .These fixtures can meet the requirement of precise positioning of parts processing in fixture design ,and have achieved the goal of batch production without unacceptable products .
