目的：对医疗纠纷中医生的心理压力的影响因素和化解对策进行分析总结。方法：以六个医疗纠纷发生频率较高的科室共72名科室医生为研究对象，按照是否发生医疗纠纷，分为纠纷前组医生53人，纠纷后组医生19人。分别对这68名医生的抑郁焦虑情况和心理状况进行测定，并将两组的评定结果进行比较分析。结果：与纠纷前组相比较，纠纷后组医生的焦虑指数及抑郁指数较高、压力较大，心理状态SCL-90得分亦明显高于纠纷前组医生（P<0.05）。结论：医疗纠纷对医生的心理造成很大的不利影响，抑郁指数和焦虑指数增加，心理状态更偏向于不良状态，需要来自亲朋好友、医院和社会的帮助，采取有效策略将医患纠纷对医生的伤害降至最低。

Objective: to analyze and summarize the factors influencing doctor's psychological pressure in the medical disputes and the countermeasures. Methods: Taking 72 doctors in six departments with higher frequencies of medical disputes as the study object, according to whether medical disputes happen, doctors are divided into the group of 53 doctors before the dispute and the group of 19 doctors after dispute. To measure the depression and anxiety situation and psychological situation of these 68 doctors and compare the assessment results of the two groups. Results: Compared with the group before dispute, the anxiety index and depression index of group after dispute are higher, and the mental status SCL-90 score is significantly higher than the group before the dispute (P <0.05). Conclusion: The medical disputes have adverse effects on doctor's psychological situation, their depression index and anxiety index are increased and mental state is in bad state after medical disputes, so they need help from friends and family, the hospital and the community, and effective countermeasure should be taken to avoid damage to doctors by medical disputes.
