本文以新疆枸杞作为研究材料,采用超声波辅助法提取枸杞多糖(Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide, LBP)。探讨了温度、料液比、时间和超声功率对多糖得率的影响,并通过高效气相对纯品LBP进行了单糖组成分析。在单因素实验的基础上进行正交实验,结果表明:温度75℃、料料比20、时间2h、超声功率160 W,得率可达11.03%。气相色谱分析单糖组成及摩尔比得LBP由鼠李糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖组成,摩尔比为1︰1.66︰19.6︰3.98。

본문이신강구기작위연구재료,채용초성파보조법제취구기다당(Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide, LBP)。탐토료온도、료액비、시간화초성공솔대다당득솔적영향,병통과고효기상대순품LBP진행료단당조성분석。재단인소실험적기출상진행정교실험,결과표명:온도75℃、료료비20、시간2h、초성공솔160 W,득솔가체11.03%。기상색보분석단당조성급마이비득LBP유서리당、감로당、포도당、반유당조성,마이비위1︰1.66︰19.6︰3.98。
In this experiment, we use Lycium barbarums as research materials to extract lycium barbarum polysaccharide by ultrasound-assisted. The effect of temperature, ratio of feed liquid, time and ultrasonic power on the yield of polysaccharide is studied, and the monosaccharide composition of LBP is analyzed by GPC-LLS. Based on the single factor experiment, the orthogonal design shows that the best conditions as follows: temperature is 75℃, the ratio of material to liquid is 1:20, the time is 2h and ultrasonic power is 200W, respectively.And under this conditions, the yield can rearch 11.03%. LBP is composed of Rha, Man, Glc and Gal. The molar ratio is 1︰1.66︰19.6︰3.98.
