目的:评价应用超声 MicroPure 成像技术对 BI-RADS分级为4级的乳腺肿块中微钙化的检测价值。方法对56例发现乳腺肿块并且 BI-RADS 分级为4级的患者分别应用X 线钼靶、传统灰阶超声及 MicroPure 成像技术进行肿块微钙化的检测,以钼靶为金标准,对传统灰阶超声和 MicroPure检测结果进行比较。同时结合术后病理结果进行分析。结果56例乳腺肿块中,钼靶发现43个病灶有微钙化,传统灰阶超声发现其中22个病灶有微钙化,MicroPure 成像技术发现40个病灶有微钙化。传统灰阶超声检测病灶内部及周边微钙化的敏感性为51.2%,特异性为92.3%,ROC 曲线下面积为0.717;MicroPure 成像技术检测病灶内部及周边微钙化的敏感性为93.0%,特异性为100.0%,ROC 曲线下面积为0.965。结论在 BI-RADS 分级为4级的乳腺肿块微钙化的检测中,超声 MicroPure 成像技术明显优于传统灰阶超声,有助于乳腺癌的临床诊断。

목적:평개응용초성 MicroPure 성상기술대 BI-RADS분급위4급적유선종괴중미개화적검측개치。방법대56례발현유선종괴병차 BI-RADS 분급위4급적환자분별응용X 선목파、전통회계초성급 MicroPure 성상기술진행종괴미개화적검측,이목파위금표준,대전통회계초성화 MicroPure검측결과진행비교。동시결합술후병리결과진행분석。결과56례유선종괴중,목파발현43개병조유미개화,전통회계초성발현기중22개병조유미개화,MicroPure 성상기술발현40개병조유미개화。전통회계초성검측병조내부급주변미개화적민감성위51.2%,특이성위92.3%,ROC 곡선하면적위0.717;MicroPure 성상기술검측병조내부급주변미개화적민감성위93.0%,특이성위100.0%,ROC 곡선하면적위0.965。결론재 BI-RADS 분급위4급적유선종괴미개화적검측중,초성 MicroPure 성상기술명현우우전통회계초성,유조우유선암적림상진단。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MicroPure imaging technology for the detection of micro-calcifications screening in BI-RADS 4 patients with breast lumps.Methods 56 women with breast lumps classified as BI-RADS 4 patients underwent X-ray mammographytraditional,gray-scale ultrasound and MicroPure imaging technology for microcalcifications detection.With mammography results as the gold standard,the results of tradi-tional ultrasound were compared with those of MicroPure imaging technology,then those were analyzed combined with postperative pathological results.Results In 56 cases,microcalcifications were found in 43 lumps with mam-mography,22 lumps with traditional ultrasound,and 40 lumps with MicroPure imaging technology.To detect mi-crocalcifications within and around of masses,the sensitivity and specificity were 51.2% and 92.3% for traditional ultrasound,the area under the ROC curve was 0.717,then the sensitivity and specificity were 93.0% and 100.0% for MicroPure imaging technique,the area under the ROC curve was 0.965.Conclusion In the BI-RADS 4 lumps of microcalcification detection,MicroPure imaging technology is obviously superior to traditional ul-trasound,then it can help in the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.
