目的：检测 Cripto-1蛋白在不同转移潜能的人肝癌细胞株、肝癌及相应癌旁组织中的表达水平，探讨 Cripto-1蛋白的表达与肝癌侵袭转移能力之间的关系。方法采用Western blot 方法检测不同转移潜能的人肝癌细胞株、肝癌及相应癌旁组织中 Cripto-1的蛋白表达水平；采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测肝癌组织中 Cripto-1蛋白的表达并探讨与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果与癌旁肝组织相比，肝癌组织中 Cripto-1的蛋白表达水平明显升高。Cripto-1蛋白在肝癌细胞株中的表达水平与细胞株的侵袭潜能呈正比。与正常肝组织（0％）比较，Cripto-1在肝癌组织（64．6％）中高表达，且与肿瘤分化程度、血管侵犯和转移状态有相关性（P ＜0．05）。结论 Cripto-1蛋白在肝癌中高表达，并且其表达量与肝癌的侵袭转移能力密切相关。

목적：검측 Cripto-1단백재불동전이잠능적인간암세포주、간암급상응암방조직중적표체수평，탐토 Cripto-1단백적표체여간암침습전이능력지간적관계。방법채용Western blot 방법검측불동전이잠능적인간암세포주、간암급상응암방조직중 Cripto-1적단백표체수평；채용면역조직화학염색방법검측간암조직중 Cripto-1단백적표체병탐토여림상병리삼수지간적관계。결과여암방간조직상비，간암조직중 Cripto-1적단백표체수평명현승고。Cripto-1단백재간암세포주중적표체수평여세포주적침습잠능정정비。여정상간조직（0％）비교，Cripto-1재간암조직（64．6％）중고표체，차여종류분화정도、혈관침범화전이상태유상관성（P ＜0．05）。결론 Cripto-1단백재간암중고표체，병차기표체량여간암적침습전이능력밀절상관。
Objective To evaluate expression of Cripto-1 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),nontumor-ous liver tissues,and HCC cell lines with various metastatic potentials,and determine the correlation between the expression level and HCC metastatic potential.Methods Western Blot was used to evaluate Cripto-1 protein ex-pression in HCC tumor tissues,nontumorous liver tissues and HCC cell lines with various metastatic potentials.Im-munohistochemistry was used to evaluate Cripto-1 expression in HCC tumor tissues,and determine the correlation between the expression level and clinicopathologiacal parameters.Results Expression level of Cripto-1 protein was higher in HCC tissues than their paired adjacent nontumorous liver tissues as well as normal liver tissues.Cripto-1 protein expression was positively correlated with metastatic potential of HCC cell lines.High Cripto-1 expression was detected in 64.6% (53 /82)of HCC tumor tissues,and 0 (0 /10)in the normal liver tissues.Clinicopatholog-ical analysis on 82 HCC patients demonstrated that Cripto-1 expression was significantly associated with tumor dif-ferentiation,vascular invasion and status of metastasis (P <0.05).Conclusion The expression level of Cripto-1 protein is elevated in HCC,and positively correlated with the invasion and metastasis of HCC.
