信息化是社会发展的一大趋势，随着信息技术的急速开展，中国在医疗、建筑、教学等多个范畴正加快实施基于信息化渠道的整体体系建设，以提升该范畴的服务水平以及中心竞争力。就教学信息化而言，它是指在教学范畴全部、深化地运用现代信息技术来推进教学改革与开展的进程，其进程具有开放性、共享性、互交性、协作性等基本特征，将网络化、智能化与多媒体化融为一体，完成教学的跨越式开展。在教学范畴，高校的档案管理工作是校园工作的主要组成部分，档案是院校教学、科研与改革全进程的原始凭证材料，信息化的高新技术可以说完成了高校档案管理的高效率，现代高校档案管理信息从之前的传统形式逐步转变为信息化形式，这必将在将来的档案管理工作中发生广泛与深远的影响，且更具立异性空间。

Information technology is a major trend of social devel-opment. Following the rapid popularization of information tech-nology, in medical, construction, teaching and other areas, China is accelerating the implementation of the construction of the whole system based on information channels, in order to improve the service and core competitiveness of these areas. On informa-tion-based teaching, it means to promote teaching reform and development by comprehensively using modern information tech-nology in the teaching field, and the process is an open, sharing, interactive and collaborative one, integrating the network, intelli-gence and multimedia, thus realizing great-leap-forward devel-opment. College archives management is a major component of campus work, as archives are the original certificate archives of teaching, scientific research and reform, while new information technology makes college archives management efficient, and traditional styles of college archives management have been gradually transformed to modernized styles, which will have a far-reaching impact on future archives management.
