提升司法公信力需要立法与司法的良性互动，这要求加强三方面的工作：一是努力提高立法的科学性，为提升司法公信力奠定基础；二是努力降低立法滞后性给提升司法公信力带来的不良影响；三是努力应对法律变动给提升司法公信力带来的挑战。

제승사법공신력수요입법여사법적량성호동，저요구가강삼방면적공작：일시노력제고입법적과학성，위제승사법공신력전정기출；이시노력강저입법체후성급제승사법공신력대래적불량영향；삼시노력응대법률변동급제승사법공신력대래적도전。
Improving judicial credibility needs the positive interaction between the legislation and justice, which requires three aspects of work: First, to improve the scientiifc nature of legislation in order to lay the foundation to enhance the credibility of the judiciary. Second, to reduce negative effects caused by lagging legislation on enhancing the credibility of the judiciary. Third, to try to address the challenges of legal changes to enhance the credibility of the judiciary.
