目的：分析探讨临床难治性功能失调性子宫出血的病因，观察米非司酮治疗难治性功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2013年1月～2015年1月我院收治的56例难治性功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料，对其患者采用口服米非司酮，连续服用3个月为1个疗程，症状改善不良者可再重复1个疗程的治疗。观察月经情况、内膜厚度、激素水平及不良药物反应。结果：所有患者治疗期间均获得有效止血，疗效显著54例，无效2例，总有效率96.4%。治疗前后子宫内膜厚度相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后F S H、L H、P、E2水平较治疗前明显下降（均P<0.05）。结论：米非司酮治疗难治性功能失调性子宫出血，止血迅速，疗效显著，复发率低，不良反应轻微，可以较好地应用于临床。
목적：분석탐토림상난치성공능실조성자궁출혈적병인，관찰미비사동치료난치성공능실조성자궁출혈적림상효과。방법：회고성분석2013년1월～2015년1월아원수치적56례난치성공능실조성자궁출혈환자적림상자료，대기환자채용구복미비사동，련속복용3개월위1개료정，증상개선불량자가재중복1개료정적치료。관찰월경정황、내막후도、격소수평급불량약물반응。결과：소유환자치료기간균획득유효지혈，료효현저54례，무효2례，총유효솔96.4%。치료전후자궁내막후도상비，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；치료후F S H、L H、P、E2수평교치료전명현하강（균P<0.05）。결론：미비사동치료난치성공능실조성자궁출혈，지혈신속，료효현저，복발솔저，불량반응경미，가이교호지응용우림상。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of intractable dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with intractable dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were treated with oral administration of mifepristone for 3 months and 1 months of treatment. Observe the menstrual conditions, endometrial thickness, hormone levels and adverse drug reactions.Results All patients were treated with effective hemostasis, 54 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.4%. Before and after treatment, the endometrial thickness was significantly different (P<0.05); the level of FSH, P, LH and E2 after treatment was significantly decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone in the treatment of intractable dysfunctional uterine bleeding, bleeding quickly, curative effect is obvious, the recurrence rate is low, the adverse reactions are mild, can be better applied to clinical.
