为增大某型火箭弹发射装置高低射角,特将定向器耳轴设计于尾部,由此产生的较大且变化的质量偏心矩依靠平衡机解决。负载质量偏心矩直接受高低角、剩余载弹量、火箭弹种、火箭弹布置位置等因素影响,该新型平衡机输出平衡力矩需实时动态准确平衡质量偏心负载。论文从机电结合的角度提出带控制单元的自适应平衡机,将力矩平衡经机构转化为液压力平衡问题,控制系统接收测量参数并实时解算出理论输出压力,与测量实际负载压力比较得出压力差构成负反馈调节电液伺服阀开度,直至负载完全平衡。理论分析该系统方案可行,协同主平衡机可以实现质量偏心矩动态平衡,有效提高发射装置快速响应性能。

In order to increase the pitching angle of a certain type of rocket launchers ,the directional trunnion was de‐signed in the tail and the resulting great changes and eccentric torque was balanced by balancing machine .Heavy load torque was directly influenced by the pitching angle ,the residual amount of payload ,the species and layout position of rockets and so on .This new type of balancing machine output torque must dynamically balance quality eccentric load accurately and real‐time .The adaptive balancing machine equipped with control unit was proposed in this paper ,which can be thought as combi‐nation of mechanical and electrical technology .The moment balance was transferred into hydraulic pressure balance problem . Control system recelived the measurement parameters ,calculated the theoretical output in real time and compares with the actual load pressure ,the differential pressure constituted a negative feedback which can be used to regulate the opening of electrohydraulic servo valve until it was balanced totally .The system scheme was feasible after theoretical analysis ,the adap‐tive balancing machine can achieve quality eccentric torque dynamic balance and improve the launcher fast response perform‐ance with the help of main balancing machine .
