本文通过活化菌种、小型发酵、过滤、萃取、微孔滤膜过滤和高效液相色谱含量检测,筛选产渥曼青霉素产率最高的培养基。结果表明:豆芽培养基为产渥曼青霉素含量最高的培养基,产率为11.09%。优选出了一种较优的产渥曼青霉素的培养基,但产率不是很高,有待进一步寻找。

본문통과활화균충、소형발효、과려、췌취、미공려막과려화고효액상색보함량검측,사선산악만청매소산솔최고적배양기。결과표명:두아배양기위산악만청매소함량최고적배양기,산솔위11.09%。우선출료일충교우적산악만청매소적배양기,단산솔불시흔고,유대진일보심조。
Medium that produces morewortmannin was screened by bacteria activation, small fermentation, filtration, extraction, millipore filter and high performance liquidchromatography. Results showed that bean sproutsmedium was the best medium, and yield was 11.09%. Yield of chosen medium was not good, and better medium need further screening.
