2014年底国家新的油耗法规出台以后,对国内主机厂整体油耗水平要求更高。为使企业的平均油耗到2015年、2020年分别达到6.9L/100km和5 L/100km,传统汽油机无法满足新的法规要求,亟须新的节油技术以达到节能降耗的目标。本文首先介绍了EGR技术的原理以及基本控制策略。通过前期标定确定各个工况下发动机最佳EGR率,并运用外特性实验、万有特性试验和NEDC循环测试论证了低压EGR对自然吸气汽油机油耗的影响。

After new fuel consumption regulations were intro-duced at the end of 2014, domestic car factories proposed higher demand for the overall level of fuel consumption. In order to re-duce overall fuel consumption to 6.9L/100km in 2015 and 5L/100km in 2020, traditional gasoline engine can not satisfy new fuel consumption. A new fuel consumption technology is needed. This paper firstly presents the theory of Exhaust Gas Re-circulation, and expounds its control strategy. Through the cali-bration before, the best EGR rate has been determined at each operating point. Low pressure EGR has been confirmed effective to NA gasoline engine by External Characteristics Service Test, Universal Performance Test and NEDC Test.
