以高精度磁致伸缩液位传感器为研究对象,通过该种传感器的工作原理,分析了滑油温度的变化对传感器测量精度的影响,并提出了一种通过基于最小二乘法的多次拟合方法对其进行温度补偿的方法。通过大量试验对该种温度补偿方法进行研究,确定了四次拟合曲线为研究的磁致伸缩液位传感器的最佳拟合曲线。在使用补偿方法对其精度进行修正后,其测量精度有明显提高,基本可以消除温度对其测量精度的影响,证明了温度补偿方法的可行性。
以高精度磁緻伸縮液位傳感器為研究對象,通過該種傳感器的工作原理,分析瞭滑油溫度的變化對傳感器測量精度的影響,併提齣瞭一種通過基于最小二乘法的多次擬閤方法對其進行溫度補償的方法。通過大量試驗對該種溫度補償方法進行研究,確定瞭四次擬閤麯線為研究的磁緻伸縮液位傳感器的最佳擬閤麯線。在使用補償方法對其精度進行脩正後,其測量精度有明顯提高,基本可以消除溫度對其測量精度的影響,證明瞭溫度補償方法的可行性。

This paper takes the high precision magnetostrictive liquid level sensor as the research object, analyzes the influence of oil temperature on the accuracy of the sensor though the working principle of this kind of sensor, proposes a temperature compensation method based on the multiple fitting of the least square method. The four fitting curve is determined as the best fitting curve of the magnetostrictive liquid level sensor studied in this paper through a lot of experiments of the temperature compensation method. After amending its accuracy by using compensation method, the measurement accuracy is obviously improved, and the influence of temperature on the measurement accuracy can be basically eliminated. And the feasibility of temperature compensation is proved by the research results.
