针对高渗透率新能源并网将会给系统带来较强功率波动的问题,根据直流配电网电压分布的特点,提出一种基于“一点定电压,多点下垂”的协调控制方法。在该方法中,将新能源和储能系统组成一个功率可控源,参与系统功率协调控制。算例结果表明,该方法能够较好地适应新能源功率波动所带来的影响,保证系统安全稳定运行。对于正常工况和风电突然跌落、负荷用电量突然下降以及风电出力上升而负荷需求下降等特殊工况都有较好的控制效果。

In this paper,a coordinated control method based on voltage control and droop control is proposed to adapt to the drastic fluctuations brought by the renewable energy sources (RES).In this method,considering the characteristic of the voltage profile in DC distribution system,the RESs and the energy storage system (ESS) make a controllable energy source (CES) which participates in the coordination among different energy sources.The proposed method is verified ona normal working condition as well as abnormal conditions such like the wind output falling,load demand falling and wind output raising while load demand falling.Case study shows good control results which solves the problems brought by the RES integration and guarantees the system security.
