目的:探讨对精神分裂症患者实施个性化健康教育的影响。方法研究组为实施个性化健康教育的120例精神分裂症患者。对照组为同期住院的116例精神分裂症患者。结果入组时两组患者GQOLI-74、NOSIE评分差异无显著性意义(P<0.05),2、4、6周时有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者实施个性化健康教育,可提高患者生活质量,促进疾病的康复,缩短住院时间。

목적:탐토대정신분렬증환자실시개성화건강교육적영향。방법연구조위실시개성화건강교육적120례정신분렬증환자。대조조위동기주원적116례정신분렬증환자。결과입조시량조환자GQOLI-74、NOSIE평분차이무현저성의의(P<0.05),2、4、6주시유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론대정신분렬증환자실시개성화건강교육,가제고환자생활질량,촉진질병적강복,축단주원시간。
Objective:To investigate the effect of personalized health education on schizophrenic patients.Methods: 120 schizophrenic patients who accept personalized health education were in study group. The control group were 116 schizophrenic patients who in hospital at the same time.Results: There were no significant differences between the two group in the score of GQOLI-74 and NOSIE before enter the group (P>0.05), then had a significant differences after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implement individualized health education to schizophrenia patients can improve the patients’ quality of life, promote disease rehabilitation, and shorten hospitalization time.
