教师职业是一种实践性很强的职业,大力加强教师教育实践教学课程建设,不仅有利于培养师范生的教学思维能力和教师专业技能,还有利于教师职业道德素质的养成,因而已成为教师教育人才培养的重要内容和有效手段。但由于受传统教学模式的影响,目前我国多数高等师范院校对教师教育的实践教学仍然重视不够,教师实践课程所占比例较小、实践时间较短、形式单一,教师职业技能训练存在着形式化、理论化的倾向,致使师资培育与教师的实践活动严重脱节。为此,必须基于高等学校的社会职能,构建一套具有较强操作性的教师教育实践教学和课程体系,即通过案例教学、现场研究和支教实习,充分发挥教师教育实践环节之功能,全面培养、锻炼和促进师范生的专业学习和实践能力的提高。

Teaching profession is a highly practical occupation. Enhancing the construction of teaching practice curriculum in teachers’education is not only conducive to nurturing both the thinking ability in teaching and the professional skills of normal students,but also beneficial to the development of their teaching ethics. Therefore,it has become an important part of teachers ’ education and an effective instrument to foster teaching talents. However,with the influence of the Chinese traditional teaching model,teaching practice is not sufficiently emphasized in teachers’education at most of the normal universities and colleges in China. It lasts for a short period and merely accounts for a small proportion in the curriculum,and is often set back by monotony in form. Meanwhile the training of teachers’professional skills tends to be overwhelmingly procedural and theoretical. These problems give rise to the severe disconnection between teachers education and teaching practice. Therefore a practical pedagogical and curricular system must be developed oriented for teaching practice. It is hoped that through case-study teaching,fieldwork research and teaching practice in impoverished areas,the functions of teaching practice in teachers’education can be fully utilized to further improve the comprehensive abilities in professional learning and practice of students in normal colleges and universities in China.
