实施中小学教师到幼儿园工作的“教师转岗”计划有效地解决了农村幼儿教师数量不足的现状,但同时也带来了如小学化倾向严重、工作压力加大等一些问题。基于此,以了解当前农村幼儿园转岗教师现状为突破口,选取全国五省区578名农村幼儿园转岗教师为被试,从人口学特征、专业素养、培训效果、待遇状况、工作压力等五方面进行问卷调查。结果表明,在人口学变量上,年龄、教龄跨度大,但总体趋于集中,学历层次高,但非师范毕业者占多数,高职称占多数,但具有幼儿教师资格证者极少;教师对自己专业素养评价较高,但教育理念落后;教师培训的可获得性较好,但培训效果有待提升;教师工资能按时、足额发放,但职称晋升、编制落实等问题仍非常严重;教师工作热情很高,但工作压力大。

“Transfer Teacher Planning”effectively solves the problem of the lack of rural kindergarten teachers,but also causes several problems,such as serious primary school working inclination and more job stress. This study takes the current situation of rural kindergarten transfer teachers as the breaking point. A total of 578 rural kindergarten transfer teachers were recruited from rural areas in five provinces of China,and they completed a questionnaire survey which had five dimensions,including demographic characteristics, professional quality,training effect,treatment status,and job stress. The results indicate that:The teachers have high self-professional quality assessment,but backward educational concepts;they have more training changes,but unsatisfactory training effect;the salary will come on time and is adequate,but it is difficult to get professional title promotion and become institution personnel. They have high work enthusiasm,but big job stress.
