农村大学生就业问题是转型期的中国市场化、城市化发展的产物. 近年来所暴露出来的农村大学生就业难问题,是我国现在"知"本的阶级上层流动功能弱化、教育制度与社会发展不适应、城乡二元结构、社会资本弱势等社会原因,以及农村大学生就业期望过高、就业能力不足等个人因素共同作用的结果. 因此,从社会及个人两个角度,就国家教育制度改革、社会就业制度改革、农村大学个人期望调整、个人能力提高等四个层次探讨应对农村大学生就业对策的问题,对解决转型时期农村大学生就业难问题具有十分重要的现实意义.

The problem of rural students' employment is the product of the marketization and urbanization of China during the transitional period. The problem is that it is difficult for the rural college students to secure a good job in recent years. This problem is the results of a series of causes, including social causes such as the weakened mechanism of class flow through " knowledge", the disagreement between the educational system and social development, the urban-rural dual structure, the inferior status of social capital;and personal causes such as the high employment expectation and weak employment abilities of rural college students. Therefore, it is of great importance and realistic significance to solve this problem from the following four aspects:national education system reform, social employment system reform, adjustment of rural college students' employment expectation and improvement of their employment abilities.
