为科学化、规范化、通用化评估企事业部门绩效,设计和实现了一种基于层次分析方法的企事业部门绩效模糊综合评价模型组件。通过论证企事业部门绩效衡量指标体系及层次结构,描述企事业部门绩效考核的模糊特性及其模糊评价映射,建立绩效考核模糊判决矩阵,并利用层次分析法确定指标及其准则的权值系数,构建企事业部门绩效考核的模糊综合评价模型,设计基于窗体界面线程的模型组件,为企事业部门绩效考核提供了一种定性分析与定量研究相结合的模型工具。算例结果表明,该模型具有一定可操作性和实用性。

In order to evaluate the performance scientifically and normally ,a fuzzy evaluation model is designed based on enterprise department analytic hierarchy process(AHP) .Through demonstrating enterprise department performance eval‐uation index system and hierarchical structure ,the qualitative and quantitative analysis model tool for enterprise department performance evaluation are provided ,the ambiguity of fuzzy evaluation and its mapping is described ,fuzzy performance ap‐praisal judgment matrix is established .At the same time ,the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight co index and its criterion ,fuzzy comprehensive model of enterprise performance is built ,and a model component on form interface is designed .According to a case study ,the feasibility and the operability of the performance model is demon‐strated .
