以歧化松香为原料,进行了脱氢枞酸分离纯化的新工艺研究。优化工艺条件为:歧化松香与90%乙醇的用量比为0.4 g/mL,反应时间20 min,反应温度65℃,分别用50%和75%乙醇-水溶剂各重结晶4次和3次,脱氢枞酸的得率16.9%,纯度98.9%。

A new technology research on separation and purification of dehydroabietic acid was studied with the raw material of disproportionated rosin. The optimum condition was that:the ratio of dispropor-tionated rosin and 90% ethanol was 0. 4 g/mL, reaction time was 20 min, reaction temperature was 65 ℃,50% and 75% ethanol-water solvent was used for recrystallization four times and three times, the yield of dehydroabietic acid was 16 . 9% and the purity was 98 . 9%.
