本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、访谈等研究方法，对新疆体育职业技术学院学生的生活方式现状及其影响因素进行调查和研究。其目的是为促进体育职业院校学生形成健康的生活方式尽绵薄之力，同时也为学校的管理工作提供理论参考。

This paper used such methods as literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and interview to in-vestigate and analyze the current lifestyle of the students in Xin-jiang Vocational Institute of Sport as well as its influencing fac-tors. The aim is to make a contribution to the formation of stu-dents' healthy lifestyle, and provide relevant theoretical refer-ences for the management work of colleges.
