紫外线A核黄素角膜交联疗法是近年来兴起的通过紫外线A光和光敏剂核黄素诱导角膜基质胶原纤维相互交联,从而提高角膜硬度和改变生物学性能的新方法,临床上最早被应用于治疗圆锥角膜等角膜扩张性疾病.随着研究深入,角膜交联的模式不断创新,临床应用更加广泛.本文就角膜交联疗法模式的改进和临床应用等相关研究进展进行综述.

UVA-riboflavin collagen crosslinking was introduced as a clinical application to stabilize the cornea by inducing crosslinks within and between collagen fibers.It has been shown clinically to arrest the progression of keratoconic ectasia.With further researches,the technical methods of collagen crosslinking have been improved,and the treatment range has been increased.This paper covers the researches on the innovative techniques and applications of collagen crosslinking.
