精神病医院是结核病防控的特殊场所。精神病患者是脆弱类群体，同时也是结核病的高危人群。住院精神病患者的结核患病率远高于正常人，合并结核感染后存在不易发现、就医困难、易发生院内感染、治疗效果差、管理难度大等现状。目前国内外对精神病患者合并结核病研究较少，现对精神病医院结核病防控工作现状与对策进行综述，并对今后进一步加强防控工作给出了建议。

Psychiatric hospitals are special places in tuberculosis( TB) prevention and control. Because psychiatric patients are vulnerable populationsand high risk population of tuberculosis, TB prevalence of these inpatients is much higher than the normal. Cur-rently, there exist some common conditionsafter the psychiatric inpatients suffering from TB, such as difficult early detection of tubercu-losis, being hard to get medical care and prone to nosocomial infections,poor treatment effect, and difficult patient management. At present, the domestic and international researches on psychiatry combined with tuberculosis are less. Here, we summarized current situ-ations of tuberculosis prevention and control in the psychiatric hospitals and gave some advices to strengthen prevention and control in future.
