利用不同臭氧整理工艺对牛仔布进行处理,通过测试整理后织物颜色性能、强力性能及织物硬挺度、织物表面浆料含量等物理指标,综合评价臭氧整理对牛仔水洗加工效果的影响.结果表明,随着臭氧整理时间的增加,整理后织物表面颜色逐渐变浅,亮度提高,强力有所降低,硬挺度增加,表面残留浆料逐渐减少.
利用不同臭氧整理工藝對牛仔佈進行處理,通過測試整理後織物顏色性能、彊力性能及織物硬挺度、織物錶麵漿料含量等物理指標,綜閤評價臭氧整理對牛仔水洗加工效果的影響.結果錶明,隨著臭氧整理時間的增加,整理後織物錶麵顏色逐漸變淺,亮度提高,彊力有所降低,硬挺度增加,錶麵殘留漿料逐漸減少.

Effects of ozone treatment on the denim washing process were evaluated in detail by comparing the results of color properties, fabric strength, softness and the content of surface sizing agent for denim treated with various ozone treatment process. The results showed that the color of fabric surface became lighter gradually with the increase of ozone process time, the brightness and the softness were improved, and fabric strength and the content of the sizing agent were reduced.
