目的：探讨在胃食道反流病患者中运用奥美拉唑＋吗丁啉＋法莫替丁方案治疗的作用。方法随机将我院近两年时间治疗的82例胃食道反流病患者分组，对照组41例实施奥美拉唑＋吗丁啉方案用药，观察组41例选择奥美拉唑＋吗丁啉＋法莫替丁方案治疗，针对两组的总体用药情况作比较和评估。结果经治疗，观察组的总治愈率达95.12%，相比对照组的80.49%有明显增高，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组服药期间均未出现严重不良症状，但在病情复发上，观察组停药2周后有2.44%复发，相比对照组的17.07%明显更低，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采取奥美拉唑＋吗丁啉＋法莫替丁方案对胃食道反流病患者实施治疗，总体药效更理想、安全，且利于避免复发，适合加强推广。

Objective:To investigate in gastroesophageal reflux using Omeprazole plus domperidone+famotidine famotidine for treatment of the patient. Methods:In our hospital in recent two years in the treatment of 82 cases of esophageal and gastric anti reflux disease patients were divided into two groups, the control group (41 cases of the implementation of Omeprazole plus domperidone treatment, the observation group (n=41) domperidone omeprazole++farmer cimetidine treatment, for the overall administration of two groups were compared and evaluated. Results:After treatment, the total cure rate of the observation group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The two groups did not appear serious adverse symptoms during the period, but the recurrence of the disease, the observation group after 2 weeks of drug withdrawal has 2.44%recurrence, compared to the control group of 17.07%significantly lower, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:Take omeprazole+Motilium+famotidine famotidine scheme to the stomach esophagus against patients of treatment and overall effect is more ideal, safe and conducive to avoid to have a relapse for strengthen the promotion.
