目的：分析注射用蛇毒血凝酶在消化内镜治疗消化性溃疡出血中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的消化性溃疡患者100例，分为实验组和对照组各50例，对照组给予常规治疗；实验组内镜下给予巴曲亭。结果实验组总有效率为96.67%，对照组总有效率为78.33%，P <0.05。结论采取巴曲亭在内镜下治疗消化性溃疡出血，此方法安全可靠。

목적：분석주사용사독혈응매재소화내경치료소화성궤양출혈중적응용개치。방법선취아원수치적소화성궤양환자100례，분위실험조화대조조각50례，대조조급여상규치료；실험조내경하급여파곡정。결과실험조총유효솔위96.67%，대조조총유효솔위78.33%，P <0.05。결론채취파곡정재내경하치료소화성궤양출혈，차방법안전가고。
Objective To analyze the value of the application of the snake venom blood coagulation enzyme in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods 100 cases of peptic ulcer in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was givenconventional treatment; the experimental group was treated with a group of cases.ResultsThe total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%, and the control group was 78.33%,P < 0.05.Conclusion It is safe and reliable for the treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage by endoscopic treatment of peptic ulcer. It is worth promoting.
