目的：探讨输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月～2015年6月我院收治的26例行输尿管镜下尿道会师术患者作为实验组，另选取同期行开放尿道会师术患者26例作为传统组，对比观察两种手术方式的临床疗效。结果两组手术均成功，实验组患者的治疗总有效率为100%，传统组的治疗总有效率为92.3%，组间差异明显（P <0.05）。结论输尿管镜下行尿道会师术能够有效修复尿道损伤，创伤小，术后并发症少，能够有效保护患者的排尿功能和性功能，改善患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토수뇨관경하뇨도회사술치료뇨도손상적림상료효。방법선취2013년5월～2015년6월아원수치적26례행수뇨관경하뇨도회사술환자작위실험조，령선취동기행개방뇨도회사술환자26례작위전통조，대비관찰량충수술방식적림상료효。결과량조수술균성공，실험조환자적치료총유효솔위100%，전통조적치료총유효솔위92.3%，조간차이명현（P <0.05）。결론수뇨관경하행뇨도회사술능구유효수복뇨도손상，창상소，술후병발증소，능구유효보호환자적배뇨공능화성공능，개선환자적생활질량。
Objective To investigate Transureteroscopic urethral realignment clinical efficacy of urethral injury.Methods May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital, 26 patients undergoing routine ureterorenoscopic realignment as the experimental group, who underwent open another selected 26 patients with urethral realignment as a traditional group, comparative study of two surgical procedures clinical efficacy.Results There were all successful, the experimental group of patients with total effective rate was 100%, the traditional treatment group total effective rate was 92.3%, significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Transureteroscopic urethral realignment can effectively repair urethral injury, trauma, fewer complications, can effectively protect the patient's urinary function and sexual function, improve the quality of life of patients.
