This paper will analyze the observation results of underground fluid Panjin for many years. With several historical earthquakes and with the corresponding observation results of abnormal. Analysis of abnormal measurement result of seismic data and the corresponding relations. The important role of underground fluid observation area in earthquake prediction is obtained.
