对高寒地区的气温、降水、日照、辐射等气候环境因素进行了调查,分析了环境因素、保湿养护和冻融对混凝土开裂的影响,提出了高寒地区选择混凝土裂缝修补材料及方法的原则,并对所选取的柔性环氧树脂和改性FEVE氟碳涂料的性能进行了试验研究。结果显示:柔性环氧树脂的断裂伸长率提高明显,与基体粘结强度高,改性FEVE氟碳涂料具有附着力强、拉伸强度高和弹性好的特点。

The environmental conditions in extremely cold area, including temperature, precipitation, sunlight and radiation,were investigated.The effect of environment,moisture cure and freeze thawing on concrete cracking was analyzed.The selection of patching materials and patching disciplines in the extremely cold area were proposed.The performance of the selected f lexibility epoxy resins and modif ied FEVE f luorocarbon coating was tested.The results show that the elongation of the f lexibility epoxy resins increase signif icantly and its bond strength to the matrix is strong.The advantages of the modif ied FEVE f luorocarbon coating include strong attachment,high tension strength and well-performed elasticity.
