目的:了解近10年国内护理教学方法改革的情况.方法选择中国知网数据库,检索近10年关于护理教学方法改革的所有文献,采用系统抽样法400篇进行分析.结果发表于统计源期刊和医学教育核心期刊的论文占34.5%;进行教学方法改革探索最多的课程是?护理学基础?(23.50%)和?外科护理学?(19.00%);使用最多的教学方法是角色扮演/情景模拟教学(22.5%);41.25%的研究者未描述选择教学方法的依据;在描述了教学方法选择依据的文献中,教学方法优越性是研究者考虑最多的因素(74.46%).结论国内近10年护理教学方法改革论文发表质量总体不高;开展教学方法改革研究的课程呈现不均衡现象;使用的教学方法多样,但教学方法选择依据的科学性有待提高.

Objective To understand the situation of nursing teaching methods innovation in recent 10 years.Methods Searched for nursing teaching methods innovation articles which were published in recent ten years from QHTF Chinese Literature Database,and selected 400 articles to analyze.Results Among all the selected articles,34.5% of them were published on the statistical source journals or medical educa-tion of core periodicals.The courses which were discussed mostly were fundamental nursing (23?50%)and surgical nursing(19.00%).The most frequently practiced innovation method was role play/scene simulation teaching (22.5%).41.25% researchers did not present the factors on selection criterion of teaching meth-ods.In the articles with demonstrated the teaching method selection evidence,the most frequently consid-ered factor was the strongpoint of teaching methods (74.46%).Conclusion The overall article quality of nursing teaching methods innovation is not high,the courses which were discussed in teaching methods in-novation are imbalanced.The teaching methods used in innovation are varied,but required for the improve-ment of scientific teaching methods selection evidence.
