目的：调查脑卒中患者发生跌倒原因，以获得更好对策预防跌倒事件发生。方法：对黄浦区西片社区2010年10月至2014年9月期间78例脑卒中患者发生跌倒的原因进行分析。结果：跌倒时多数患者在室内（37例）或厕所内（21例）；跌倒时正在进行的活动为移动（21例）、如厕（24例）、取物（11例）等；67例患者由于疾病原因联合用药；57例有视力下降；44例有睡眠问题；36例有四肢无力。结论：高龄、活动能力下降、服用多种药物、睡眠问题以及视力下降等因素与跌倒的发生有密切关系，在预防工作中应予以重点关注。
목적：조사뇌졸중환자발생질도원인，이획득경호대책예방질도사건발생。방법：대황포구서편사구2010년10월지2014년9월기간78례뇌졸중환자발생질도적원인진행분석。결과：질도시다수환자재실내（37례）혹측소내（21례）；질도시정재진행적활동위이동（21례）、여측（24례）、취물（11례）등；67례환자유우질병원인연합용약；57례유시력하강；44례유수면문제；36례유사지무력。결론：고령、활동능력하강、복용다충약물、수면문제이급시력하강등인소여질도적발생유밀절관계，재예방공작중응여이중점관주。
Objective:To investigate the tumble causes of the patients with stroke to make the good countermeasure to prevent its occurrence. Methods:The causes of 78 cases with stoke who had the tumble from Oct. 2010 to Sept. 2014 in the west area of Huangpu District were analyzed. Results:When the tumble happened, most of the patients (37 cases) were in the rooms or (21 cases) in the toilet. The ongoing action of the tumble was the movement (21 cases) such as going to the toilet (24 cases), fetching something (11 cases) and others. The causes of 67 cases were the drug combination for the disease treatment (67 cases), 57 cases the decreased vision, 44 cases the sleeping problem, and 36 cases weakness of four limbs. Conclusion:The advanced age, decreased physical activity, taking a variety of medications, sleeping problem, decreased vision and other factors have the close relationship with the occurrence of the stumble, which should be focused on in the prevention work.
