目的：观察窝沟封闭预防儿童龋齿的远期疗效。方法：纳入黄浦区3所小学7～8岁385名学生，并分为治疗组210名（766颗牙，行窝沟封闭术）和对照组175名（659颗牙，未行窝沟封闭术），观察12个月，并于6个月和12个月时比较两组患龋情况。结果：6个月和12个月时观察两组患龋情况，治疗组患龋率均为0，对照组分别为15.2%（100/659）和21.4%（141/659），组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：行窝沟封闭术有预防龋齿的效果。

목적：관찰와구봉폐예방인동우치적원기료효。방법：납입황포구3소소학7～8세385명학생，병분위치료조210명（766과아，행와구봉폐술）화대조조175명（659과아，미행와구봉폐술），관찰12개월，병우6개월화12개월시비교량조환우정황。결과：6개월화12개월시관찰량조환우정황，치료조환우솔균위0，대조조분별위15.2%（100/659）화21.4%（141/659），조간차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론：행와구봉폐술유예방우치적효과。
Objective:To observe the long term treatment effect of the pit and ifssure sealant in the prevention of the dental caries in children. Methods:Three hundred and eighty-ifve pupils aged 7-8 years in 3 schools in Huangpu District were selected and divided into a treatment group with 210 pupils (766 teeth treated with the pit and ifssure sealant technique) and a control group with 175 ones (659 ones without the pit and ifssure sealant technique). They were observed for 12 months. The prevalence rates of the dental caries in two groups were compared in the 6th and 12th months, respectively. Results:In the 6th and 12th months caries prevalence was 0 in the treatment group, and 15.2%(100/659) and 21.4%(141/659) in the control group, respectively, and the difference between two groups had the statistical signiifcance (P<0.01). Conclusion:The pit and ifssure sealant technique has the effect in the prevention of the dental caries.
