炎症,尤其是慢性炎症与肿瘤的发生发展有着密切的关系。虽然有些肿瘤与炎症的直接关系尚未确定,但炎症微环境是所有肿瘤发生的必要条件。慢性炎症过程中多种炎症细胞被募集到炎症部位,其分泌不同的细胞因子,如巨噬细胞、炎症细胞因子白细胞介素家族和转录因子NF-κB,参与构成肿瘤微环境,通过复杂的调控机制,在肿瘤生长、浸润和转移过程中发挥重要作用。
炎癥,尤其是慢性炎癥與腫瘤的髮生髮展有著密切的關繫。雖然有些腫瘤與炎癥的直接關繫尚未確定,但炎癥微環境是所有腫瘤髮生的必要條件。慢性炎癥過程中多種炎癥細胞被募集到炎癥部位,其分泌不同的細胞因子,如巨噬細胞、炎癥細胞因子白細胞介素傢族和轉錄因子NF-κB,參與構成腫瘤微環境,通過複雜的調控機製,在腫瘤生長、浸潤和轉移過程中髮揮重要作用。

Tumor on cogenesis and development are associated with Inflammation, especially chronic inflammation. Although the direct causal relationship between tumor and inflammation is not yet proved, it has become evident that an inflammation microenvironment is an essential component of all tumors. Many inlfammatory cells are recruited to inflammation location, which secret different cytokines. Such as macrophages, interleukins and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), which play a critical role in tumor growth, invasion and metastasis regulating by complex mechanism.
