目的：观察益气柔肝利胆法治疗气阴不足型胆石症的临床疗效。方法：收集2012年10月至2014年12月确诊的气阴不足型胆石症患者80例，分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用益气柔肝利胆法治疗，对照组口服胆宁片，每次5片，1日3次，两组疗程均为8周。观察治疗前、后两组患者症状、体征及胆囊B超变化。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.5%，对照组为72.5%，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：益气柔肝利胆法治疗气阴不足型胆石症疗效明显，值得临床应用。

목적：관찰익기유간리담법치료기음불족형담석증적림상료효。방법：수집2012년10월지2014년12월학진적기음불족형담석증환자80례，분위치료조화대조조각40례。치료조채용익기유간리담법치료，대조조구복담저편，매차5편，1일3차，량조료정균위8주。관찰치료전、후량조환자증상、체정급담낭B초변화。결과：치료조총유효솔위92.5%，대조조위72.5%，조간차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：익기유간리담법치료기음불족형담석증료효명현，치득림상응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the beneift qi and soft liver cholagogic method in the treatment of qi and yin deifciency type cholelith disease. Methods: From Oct. 2012 to Dec. 2014, 80 patients diagnosed as qi and yin deifciency type cholelith disease were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control one with 40 cases each. The treatment group was treated with the benefit qi and soft liver cholagogic method and the control group with oral danning tablet, 5 pieces each time and 3 times a day. The treatment courses of two groups were 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the changes of the symptoms, signs and the changes of gallbladder ultrasound were observed in the patients. Results:The total effective rates 92.5%in the treatment group and 72.5%in the control one. The difference between the groups had the statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of the beneift qi and soft liver cholagogic method in the treatment of qi and yin deifciency type cholelith disease is obvious and worthy of the clinical application.
