本文研究了一种显微细胞图像有形成分分割方法。首先,利用传统的边缘检测及阈值分割法对显微细胞图像有形成分进行分割比较,然后基于显微细胞图像特点提出了一种改进的二维最大熵阈值结合形态学分割方法。最后通过分割实验进行验证,结果表明利用本文方法能较好地实现显微细胞图像有形成分分割。所以本文提出的分割方法在医学上具有一定的实用价值。

A method of particles segmentation in micro-cell image is studied in this paper. Firstly , the tradition segmentation methods based on edge detection and thresholding are applied, and the results are compared. Then, according to the characteristics of micro-cell images, a new segmentation method based on the improved 2-D maximum entropy threshold and morphology is proposed. Finally, the segmentation results show the method in this paper can segment the particles from the background effectively. Thus, the segmentation method proposed in this paper has a certain practical value in medicine.
