建立了一种利用光散射测定水中痕量汞的新方法,在碱性介质中,硫化钠( Na2 S)与汞离子生成硫化汞( HgS )颗粒,在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠( SDS)的作用下,光散射强度增大.在468 nm波长处,光散射强度最大,并且散射光增强强度(△I)与汞的浓度(2.48×10-10~6.00×10-9 mol/L)呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为△I=34.05 c+14.2,相关系数r为0.9988.据此建立检测环境水样中痕量汞的新方法,该方法检出限为7.44×10-11 mol/L;样品加标回收率为98.80%~103.00%.

A new Light Sattering ( RLS) method for the determination of trace Mercury in water was established. In alkaline medium,sodium sulphide ( Na2 S) reacted with mercury ions generated mercuric sulfide ( HgS) particles,resulting in the enhancement of light scat-tering intensity. At 468 nm wavelength,the intensity of light scattering was proportional to the concentration of mercury ion in the range of 2. 48 × 10 -10 ~6. 00 × 10 -9 mol/L. The linear regression equation was △I = 34 . 05 c + 14 . 2 with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9988, and the detection limit was 7. 44 × 10 -11 mol/L. The recovery rates were 98 . 80% ~103 . 00%.
