对分课堂教学模式是针对当前大学课堂教学之困境而提出的一种新的教学模式,该模式将讲授模式和讨论模式相结合,主张在教学时间分配上教师讲授和学生讨论各占一半,以避免教师独角戏,使大学课堂真正成为学生能动学习的舞台,让大学课堂生活焕发出青春活力。在这一教学模式中,教师和学生的角色随着课堂教学环节的变化而变化———教师在不同的教学阶段分别充当“讲授者”“评价者”和“引导者”的角色,相应的学生角色分别为知识的“接受者”“发现者”和“交流者”;并通过高效的生生之间、师生之间的交互学习,改善大学课堂生活的质量。
對分課堂教學模式是針對噹前大學課堂教學之睏境而提齣的一種新的教學模式,該模式將講授模式和討論模式相結閤,主張在教學時間分配上教師講授和學生討論各佔一半,以避免教師獨角戲,使大學課堂真正成為學生能動學習的舞檯,讓大學課堂生活煥髮齣青春活力。在這一教學模式中,教師和學生的角色隨著課堂教學環節的變化而變化———教師在不同的教學階段分彆充噹“講授者”“評價者”和“引導者”的角色,相應的學生角色分彆為知識的“接受者”“髮現者”和“交流者”;併通過高效的生生之間、師生之間的交互學習,改善大學課堂生活的質量。

The PAD class is a new teaching mode which is put forward in view of the current dilemma of the university classroom teaching .The model combines the teaching and discussing ,advocating teachers’ teaching time and students’ discussing time accounting for half of the time on the time distribution of teaching in order to avoid the teachers monologue ,w hich makes university students really become the ac‐tive learner and lets the university classroom coruscate life energy . In this teaching mode , the role of teachers and students is changing with the change of classroom teaching .The teachers respectively serve as“lecturer” ,“ estimator” and “guide” in different stages of teaching . T he roles of students respectively change to the “recipient” ,“discoverer” and “communicator” of knowledge . The efficient interactive learning between the teachers and students can improve the quality of classroom life in the university .
