针对自然灾害处置对时效性要求高、情况变化快的特点,提出一种基于工作流计算的处置方法。首先依据处置过程的知识模型和处置经验,将相关软件功能和数据相互关联起来,形成标准化处置流程,并进行统一协调控制,使得各系统单元与需要处置的要素相互配合,协调工作,提高应急处置效率。然后建立告警事件与流程匹配模型,根据事件类型自动启动应急处置流程,提高响应速度。流程化应急情况处置技术,将被动系统转变为主动系统,并最终达到标准化、规划化、智能化、高效化的目的。

To satisfy the timeliness and constantly changing of disposing of natural disaster , a method based on workflow was proposed in this paper. At first a flow was designed using the experiences, every node of the flow was linked to a function module of a software. When natural disaster happened, the information was sent to the matching unit. It could find an appropriate flow and start it up. Then flow tasks were passed to the controllers, at this time the workflow engine which was introduced in detail was in charge of the operation of the running flow. Using the method of this paper proposed, the processing speed was raised and the experiences of handling disasters were saved.
