目的：分析社区卫生服务中心院前急救后的跟踪随访情况，以期改善院前急救工作。方法：对2011年8月-2014年9月长桥街道社区卫生服务中心40例院前急救后跟踪随访的数据进行分析。结果：40例患者中，心血管类疾病14例，占35.0%，脑血管类疾病8例，占20.0%，呼吸系统类疾病3例，占7.5%，其余为消化系统、内分泌系统、输液反应以及中暑等疾病类型。患者及家属对中心院前急救后的电话跟踪随访制度及诊治过程、医护态度、健康指导等满意度为100.0%。结论：社区卫生服务中心急危重症患者院前急救后的跟踪随访工作投入少、效益大、反响好，同时具有可推广性及复制性。

Objective:To analyze the follow-up after the pre-hospital emergency in the community health service center to improve the pre-hospital ifrst aid work. Methods:The data of the follow-up of 40 cases after the pre-hospital emergency in Changqiao Community Health Service Center from Aug. 2011 to Sep. 2014 were analyzed. Results:In 40 cases, there were 14 cases of the cardiovascular diseases, accounting for 35.0%, 8 cases of the cerebral vascular diseases, 20.0%, 3 cases of the respiratory system diseases, 7.5%, and the rest cases of the digestive system, endocrine system, transfusion reaction, heat stroke, and others. The satisfaction of the patients and their family members for the follow-up system and the process of the diagnosis and treatment, attitude of the doctors and nurses, health guidance, and others were 100.0%. Conclusion:The investment of the follow-up work after the pre-hospital emergency for the acute and severe patients is less, but the beneift high, and the response good, at the same time it can be popularized and replicated.
