目的：调查精神科护士自我接纳与社会支持、自我效能感的特点，并探索三者之间的关系。方法选取精神科护士40名作为研究组和普通内科护士36名作为对照组，均接受自我接纳问卷（ SAQ）与社会支持评定量表（ SSRS）、一般自我效能感量表（ GSES）调查并进行分析。结果研究组的SAQ自我接纳因子评分、SSRS客观支持维度评分和GSES总分低于对照组（ P＜0．05），研究组的SAQ自我接纳因子分与SSRS的客观支持维度评分、GSES总分呈正相关（ P＜0．05）。结论精神科护士的自我接纳、社会支持及自我效能状况均较差，其自我接纳状况与其社会支持、自我效能感有关。
목적：조사정신과호사자아접납여사회지지、자아효능감적특점，병탐색삼자지간적관계。방법선취정신과호사40명작위연구조화보통내과호사36명작위대조조，균접수자아접납문권（ SAQ）여사회지지평정량표（ SSRS）、일반자아효능감량표（ GSES）조사병진행분석。결과연구조적SAQ자아접납인자평분、SSRS객관지지유도평분화GSES총분저우대조조（ P＜0．05），연구조적SAQ자아접납인자분여SSRS적객관지지유도평분、GSES총분정정상관（ P＜0．05）。결론정신과호사적자아접납、사회지지급자아효능상황균교차，기자아접납상황여기사회지지、자아효능감유관。
Objective To explore the characteristics and relationship of self-acceptance and social support, self-efficacy in psychiatric nurses.Methods A total of 40 psychiatric nurses in study group and 36 internal medical nurses in control group were assessed and analyzed with Self-Acceptance Questionnaire(SAQ), Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and General Self-Efficiency Scale( GSES) .Results The self-acceptance factor scores of SAQ, the objective support dimension scores of SSRS and the total sores of GSES in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).In study group, the self-acceptance factor scores of SAQ were positively related to the objective support dimension scores of SSRS and the total sores of GSES(P<0.05).Conclusion It is serious for the self-acceptance, social support and self-efficacy in the psychiatric nurses, that their self-acceptance status is related to their social support and self-efficacy status.
